It takes our expert team of farmers, spinners, knitters, designers, cutters, sewers, packers, and many other skilled tradespeople who earn a living wage to bring you a premium and sustainable product that you, the Fan, are proud to wear and we guarantee for the life of the garment

We Start with Premium fibers

Natural resources, responsibly grown and raised on organic and regenerative farms, and harvested with the utmost care for people and our planet

Gin, Spin, Knit, & Finish

The fiber is separated and ginned, spun into yarns directly for circular knitted goods* or then woven into fabric before being scoured (washed) and finished into bolts for final production

Cut & Sew

Each bolt of fabric is sent to the cutters to be mapped on a pattern from our design archive and be cut into its pieces and then assembled by expert sewers before printing and dyeing.

Finishing Touches

We finish our goods with non-toxic dyes and water-based inks through a proprietary process to avoid forever chemicals ever touching your skin or harming our planet
