General Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship your item(s) the same day your order is received; However, please allow 1-3 business days* for any shipment to be processed and confirmed. This includes any selection for expedited shipping. If you do not received confirmation of your order within 24 hours after purchase, please contact us immediately at contact@fanagerie.com.

Specialty, Custom, On-Demand, and Pre-Orders

Due to the special nature of our products, many items are not available for expedited shipping even if you select an expedited method of shipping. Each product page with a product that requires extended delivery time has been updated with one of these designations to assist with customer awareness of the extended processing and shipment time that is possible. We know your order is worth the wait and we thank you for your patronage and patience!

Shipping Fees

Fanagerie is not responsible for establishing the shipping fees of our carriers or carrier affiliates. As such, all shipping fees are subject to final confirmation at time of purchase of your shipping address, the individual carrier, and shipment method of choice. Shipping fees are non-reimbursable once the order has been processed and confirmed.
